These Terms & Conditions explain the arrangements between you and Event Crafterz when you request or book our event services. By submitting a booking or signing the event contract, you agree to these terms.

1. Services and booking

Event Crafterz will provide the event planning, design, decor, coordination, or related services described in your written booking confirmation. A booking is not confirmed until we have accepted it in writing and received the required advance payment.

2. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate event details, venue access information, timelines, and other instructions in good time. You are responsible for obtaining permissions and approvals required by the venue or local authorities.

3. Fees and payment

All fees, payment dates, and included services will be set out in the written quotation or booking confirmation. Additional requests or changes may incur extra charges, which will be agreed before the additional work is carried out.

4. Changes and cancellation

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an event. Changes are subject to availability and may affect the price. Payments already made may be non-refundable where Event Crafterz has committed resources, purchased materials, or started work for your event.

5. Event-day conditions

We will take reasonable care when delivering the services. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or additional costs caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including venue restrictions, severe weather, supplier failures, or unsafe access conditions.

6. Client property and venue

You remain responsible for personal belongings and for any damage caused by you or your guests. The venue must provide a safe and suitable working environment, including the access, power, and setup time agreed for the event.

7. Photos and promotional use

We will only use photographs or videos of your event for our portfolio or marketing where you have given permission. You may withdraw that permission by contacting us in writing.

8. Agreement and contact

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to apply. Questions about these Terms & Conditions should be sent through our Contact page. The specific written booking confirmation and signed contract will take precedence if there is a conflict.
